Ferrules are the critical component in any flangeless fitting system, providing the high-pressure seal and mechanical grip necessary to secure tubing in place. When compressed by a flangeless nut, the ferrule deforms slightly to "swage" onto the tubing, creating a leak-proof interface without the need for flaring. Our ferrules are engineered for high-performance fluidic circuits in both laboratory research and industrial OEM instruments.
