KL EdgeClean EBR 1000 is designed as a universal edge bead remover. It is formulated for easy removal of edge beads that form during the spin coat process for a wide range of photoresist materials.
Removal of the edge bead reduces particulate defects generated during processing. Defect reduction can improve yields.
