To prepare, we recommend weighing the FluoSurf™ into a mini centrifuge tube and back calculating the required amount of desired Fluo-Oil. See preparation guide here.
Kit contents varies and come as 10 mL volume oil with 1 g surfactant.
Kit 1 includes FluoSurf™ O, Fluo-Oil 135, and Fluo-Oil 7500. Our most popular kit to test applications with less than 30 cycles of PCR, enhanced sensitivity, and evaluate Fluo-Oil 135 as a replacement for Fluo-Oil 7500.
Kit 2 includes FluoSurf™ S and Fluo-Oil 200. Great for 40 cycles of PCR.
Kit 3 includes FluoSurf™ O and Fluo-Oil 200. Lowest small-molecule dye leakage combination but not suitable for thermocycling.
