Description

Low-flow OEM peristaltic pump is ideal for precision fluid handling requirements. Commonly used for analytical instruments, these high accuracy and long-lasting performance feature a custom-developed Japanese stepper motor (NEMA 17) that consistently outperforms leading Chinese and American alternatives.

The OEM peristaltic pump assemblies are panel-mount ready and can be seamlessly integrated into custom machinery for food and beverage dispensing, agricultural hydroponic systems, pharmaceutical filling, detergent dispensing, and any applications requiring liquid handling. All compatible pump heads are equipped with PPS rollers for robust and reliable operation. Comes with one piece of pre-cut Saint Gobain, Viton, or Silicone tubing of choice. 

Stepper Controller sold separately.

Pump Heads:

  • RZ1030: Compact ABS housing with quick tubing clamp for fast, repeated installation and removal of various tubing.
  • RZ-01: Durable polycarbonate housing allows quick visual inspection while maintaining tubing isolation from external environments. Fixed tubing compatibility.
  • RZ-02: Open body counterpart made entirely from PPS for fast, repeated installation and removal of various tubing sizes—perfect for dynamic workflows.
