Polycarbonate is a popular choice for CNC microfluidics milling due to its ease of machining and broad chemical resistance. Cut to smaller size for easier handling and mounting on bed. 150 mm x 150 mm sheets of 3 mm thickness (0.118").
Overall length and width may vary by up to 2 mm due to the blade thickness used to cut the squares. Thickness tolerance can be expected to be ± 0.15 mm.
