Microfluidic tubing provide secure liquid transfer between different fluidic components, like flow controllers and sensors, to microfluidic chips. Soft-wall tubing, such as silicone tubing, can be quickly and securely connected to barbed connectors or stainless steel tubing connectors to PDMS chips. Rigid-wall tubing, like polyether ether ketone (PEEK), fluorinated ethylene-propylene (FEP), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), tubing, also popular for HPLC, are commonly used with threaded fittings in microfluidic systems.
